I work with organizations facing issues such as personality clashes, communication breakdowns, perceived favoritism, performance-related disagreements, or conflicts around roles and responsibilities. Drawing on my background as both an employee and a manager, I understand how it feels on all sides of the equation and keep the process fair to everyone involved.

In mediation, we begin by clarifying the specific problems and where they show up in day‑to‑day work. Each person has structured time to share their perspective without interruption. From there, we identify shared goals - such as maintaining professionalism, meeting deadlines, or protecting client relationships - and use those goals as a foundation for new agreements. For some disputes, a focused Quick Resolution Package allows two employees or a manager and employee to resolve a contained issue quickly. For more complex team dynamics or long-standing tension, a Full Mediation Package provides space for multiple conversations and follow‑up.
